Profile

Manage your routines, history and progress

This screen is designed to show, in aggregate and in detail, different aspects of your activity: it records all your workouts to know when you train (and when you don't), which muscle groups you work more or less, how many hours or sessions you do per week, and much more.

You can also access settings from this screen by clicking on the gear icon in the header.

Quick Access

  • My Sessions: Access the list of sessions you've created in a personalized way, where you can manage them and create new ones when needed.
  • Bookmarks: Quickly view all the items you've saved as favorites to access them and start training at any time.
  • Advisor: An assistant that recommends the most suitable content based on your age, gender, experience, goal, training frequency and available equipment.
  • Create Session: With a single tap, start the creator to design a new session completely to your liking.

Profile sections

Recent Sessions

Here you'll see your most recent sessions. From this section you can open any record to check how the session went (duration, notes, metrics, etc.) and even access the specific session to repeat it if you liked that workout.

Achievements

Calisteniapp gamifies your training experience. As you complete sessions and different types of content, you'll earn achievements that accumulate in your profile. You'll be able to see which achievements you've earned (and which you haven't) such as: total number of sessions, types of completed sessions, programs or other content finished at 100%, among others.

Unlocked Exercises

In this section you can view which exercises you've unlocked because you've already performed them in a training session and which ones you still need to unlock. If you press the "See all" button, you'll go to a screen with the complete list of all exercises in the app, where you can see and visualize the exercises you have unlocked and those you don't.

Statistics

Check statistics for 7 days, 30 days or all history: training hours, number of sessions, estimated energy used and distribution of incidence by muscle groups.
