How to manage your Calisteniapp subscription

How can I cancel my subscription?

We regret that you've decided to cancel your subscription, but don't worry, as the cancellation process is very simple. The instructions to do so differ depending on the platform where you acquired your membership:

iOS

You need to go to the App Store, access your profile (by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner) and go to the subscription management section. There you'll find your current subscription and the button to cancel it. You can find more information at:

Android

Simply go to the Play Store, search for the application and click to view its details. You'll see options to uninstall or open the app, and just below these, the status of your subscription. From there you can cancel it. You can also find it in the subscription management section from the side menu of Google Play Store or from the website itself:

How do I change the type of subscription?

Currently, it is not possible to change the type of subscription. In that case, it will be necessary to cancel the current subscription and acquire a new one.

I've changed my phone and Calisteniapp doesn't recognize my subscription. How do I recover it?

Follow these steps:

  1. Log into Calisteniapp with the same Calisteniapp account you were using when you made the purchase. Keep in mind that the store account (Apple/Google) and the Calisteniapp account can be different.

  2. If you usually log in with social methods, try accessing with the correct provider (Apple, Google or Facebook), as sometimes another one is used without realizing it.

  3. Verify that the store account you paid with is active on the device:

    • iOS: your Apple ID.
    • Android: your Google Play account (Gmail).

If after these steps your subscription doesn't appear, write to us at info@calisteniapp.com indicating:

  • Your Calisteniapp account email
  • The platform on which you purchased (iOS or Android)
  • If possible, the purchase receipt/proof

What payment methods do I have available?

At the moment, the only payment method we have available is by credit card.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscribe easily and quickly from the app and enjoy Pro access without restrictions. Choose the plan that best suits you: monthly, quarterly or annual (the annual option allows you to save more).

Cancel whenever you want, without commitments or complications.

The subscription renews automatically so you never lose access, but you can deactivate it conveniently from your store up to 24h before the renewal date.
