Session Creator
Create your own custom sessions from scratch or by copying an existing session
The session creator is a powerful tool designed for users who already know how to train and what they want to work on. It allows you to build completely customized individual training sessions.

Session Creator Configuration
- Name and difficulty: assign a name and difficulty level to identify the session and filter it by intensity.
- Session type: choose how the session will be structured. Available types are:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Classic | The most flexible. Configure sets, reps, and combine exercises in superset or drop set to add variety. |
| HIIT | High Intensity Interval Training. Alternates periods of intense work with active or passive rest periods. Allows you to configure work and rest time per exercise, as well as common rest periods between exercises. |
| Tabata | A type of HIIT that is less flexible, based on a predefined template of 8 exercises performed in specific time intervals (typically 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest). |
| EMOM | "Every Minute On the Minute". Not very configurable: you have one minute per exercise to work and rest; no sets or different times per exercise. |
| AMRAP | "As Many Rounds As Possible". Set a total time limit for the session and complete as many rounds as possible within that time. |
Timers in Classic Sessions
In the Classic session type you can add three optional timers to further customize the session:

| Rest between blocks | Pause between exercise groups. |
| Rest between sets | Pause between sets of the same exercise. |
| Time limit | Maximum limit to complete the session or a block. |
Saving and Using Sessions
When you save a session, it appears in your Profile section and automatically syncs across all your devices. You can:
- Execute it as many times as you want.
- Add it to your planning.
Create an editable copy
You can create an editable copy of any existing session, whether it's a custom session you've created previously or a session from Programs, EVO Routines or Challenges. This allows you to modify the session according to your needs without affecting the original session.
