Organize your weekly workouts
From the Planning screen you can manage your workouts easily. View, add, move or delete sessions according to your needs.
You can access your weekly planning from the Today tab, through the calendar icon, or from the monthly calendar through the pencil icon.
Plan recurrently or individually
On this screen you can add any type of content to your planning on a recurring basis or for a specific day. By tapping the "Add" button on the corresponding day of the week, you can select the content you want to add. The system will ask you if you want to add the session on a recurring basis or for a specific day.
- Recurring: the session will be added to your planning on a recurring basis on the selected day (for example, every Monday) until you manually delete it.
- Individual: the session will be added to your planning for the selected day (for example, Monday, November 17) and will not repeat.
Move sessions between days
You can move sessions between different days of the week. Simply hold down the session you want to move and drag it to the new date you want.
If you move a recurring session, the app will ask you if you want to move only that session exceptionally or if you want to move the session on a recurring basis to the newly selected date, modifying the day of the week for that session. This message will not appear if the move is performed on an individual session.
Delete sessions
To delete any session from your planning, simply hold down the session you want to delete and drag it to the trash icon that will appear in the bottom right of the screen.
If it is a recurring session, the app will ask you if you want to delete only that session for that specific day, for the day configured on a recurring basis, or if you want to delete all sessions of that session from your planning. For individually planned sessions, the app will simply request your confirmation to delete the session.
