In this section, you'll find all available trainings, organized into the following sections:

Choose your goal:

Here you can select from different goals organized in a convenient carousel. Once you've selected a goal, you'll access Programs, EVO Routines, and Challenges designed to help you achieve it.

Pro Content:

  • Programs:
    1. Programs are guided plans, organized by phases. Upon entering, you'll see various available programs and can choose the one that best suits your needs and goals.

      Within each program, you'll find two main tabs:

    2. "Info" Tab: Here you'll see detailed information such as:
      • Recommended requirements
      • Program objective
      • Necessary equipment
      • Relevant information to keep in mind
      • Frequently asked questions
    3. "Phases" Tab: In this tab, you can view the different phases of the program.
    4. Note: When starting a program, the tabs will change. The first tab will show your program progress, and the second will contain the necessary information.

  • EVO Routines:
    1. A novel concept of evolutionary routines that dynamically adapt to your progress. These routines have a virtual assistant that will guide you through an exercise test. Based on your results, the assistant will create a personalized evolutionary routine, which will adjust to your progress.

      During sessions, you'll need to answer the assistant's questions, which will serve as a reference to modify your routine in future sessions.

      When selecting an EVO routine, you'll find two main tabs:

    2. "Info" Tab: Basic information such as requirements, equipment, rest periods, etc.
    3. "Exercises" Tab: Here, the exercises you'll perform in that EVO routine will be shown.
    4. Note: When starting an EVO routine, the tabs will change. The first will show your progress, while the second will include the training information.

  • Challenges:
    1. Challenges are training challenges designed to focus you 100% on a specific goal. There are 21-day challenges, focused on maximizing your potential in a specific area.

      When selecting a challenge, you'll find two tabs:

    2. "Information" Tab: Details about the challenge.
    3. "Days" Tab: You can only advance to the next day if you've completed the previous one.
    4. Note: Once a challenge is started, the first tab will show your progress, while the second will maintain the corresponding information.

Individual Sessions:

  • Routines:
  • You have access to over 600 training routines, classified by levels and objectives. These routines are organized into various categories to facilitate your search.

  • My Routines:
  • All routines created by you will appear here.

    During each session, you can expand the Records menu located at the bottom and take note of your repetitions, weights, etc.

Starting a workout:

To begin your workout, simply select a routine, program, or challenge and click on the "Start" button, which you'll find at the bottom of the screen. To the right of this button, you'll see the Bookmarks icon, which will allow you to save that workout in your profile so you can access it later or start it whenever you want.
