TODAY Window:

In this main window, you'll find your weekly calendar. Upon access, you'll see the current month and, by swiping sideways, you can view previous or upcoming months. Days with scheduled workouts will be indicated with a dot below the corresponding date.

Each day will show you one of the following statuses:

  • Scheduled workout: The workout planned for that day.
  • Completed workout: Indicates that you've already done the workout.
  • Rest day: It will notify you if you don't have a workout assigned for that day.

"Recently Viewed" Section

In this section, you can see the workouts you've recently viewed, allowing you to access them quickly and easily.

"Featured Programs" Section

In the last section, called "Featured Programs," you'll find the most popular and widely used programs in the app, making it easier for you to access the most recommended ones.
