  • Bookmarks: In this section, you'll find all the workouts you've previously saved. From here, you can access them and start them whenever you want.
  • Advisor: A virtual assistant that, through a few brief questions, will help you find the perfect workout for you, based on your goals and abilities.
  • Create Routine: An advanced routine creator that will allow you to customize them in detail, adjusting time, difficulty, training system, and other key aspects. Additionally, you can add exercises that best suit your goals.
