In the main window, you will see your weekly calendar, where the days with scheduled workouts, completed sessions, or rest days will be indicated. You will also find a section for recently viewed workouts to quickly access your latest activities and another for Featured Programs, showcasing the most popular and recommended programs in the app.

In this section, you will find all available workouts, organized into:
- Choose Your Goal: Select objectives and discover Programs, EVO Routines, and Challenges to achieve them.
- Pro Content: Programs, EVO Routines, and Challenges.
You will also have access to Individual Sessions with over 600 routines and My Routines. To get started, select a workout and press "Start" or save it in Bookmarks.

Easily search for workouts by filtering through type, category, difficulty, and equipment, with quick search options available.
→ Profile
In your profile, you can access My Routines to view and create personalized routines. In Bookmarks, you'll find saved workouts, and the Advisor will help you choose the right training. You can also customize your routines in the Create Routine option. Additionally, you can review your training history in Latest Sessions, view your planning in the Calendar, and observe your progress in the Muscle Map.
